K-Saju is a digital service. Nothing is shipped or posted.

Delivery method

Your reading arrives as a link to your web result page, emailed to the address you entered at checkout. You can reopen it online at any time.

Delivery time

Generation usually finishes in under 5 minutes once payment is confirmed. Straight after checkout you will land on a "Payment confirmed" page, and the link to your reading follows in your inbox as soon as generation completes.

Did not receive your reading?

• Have a look in your spam or junk folder.
• Make sure the email address you entered at checkout is correct, because that is where the link goes.
• Use the secure link on your "Payment confirmed" page to reopen the reading.
• If 30 minutes have gone by and no link has arrived, email support@kolune.app; we will resend it for free or refund the order, whichever you prefer. See our Refund Policy.

International availability

With nothing physical to ship, the Service can be used anywhere our payment provider operates. Our payment processor may block certain countries; if yours is not supported you will see an error at checkout.

Customs & duties

Not applicable. Customs charges do not apply to digital products. Any applicable taxes (VAT/GST) are worked out and shown at checkout by our payment processor, based on your billing country.
